LANDLORD INSTRUCTIONS

EASY STEPS TO PLACING A NEW ADVERTISEMENT

STEP 1: If you did not PAY for your ad, please pay prior to registering by clicking on the "Buy Now" button below. Thank you!

STEP 2: Fill out YOUR PERSONAL information to the left, making permanent note of your User Name and Password. Click on "Submit". You will be requested to LOG IN with your new ID.

STEP 3: If you have not paid for your ad, pay now. Then, LOG IN with your new User Name and Password.

STEP 4: After LOG IN and payment; Click “LIST PROPERTY" to post your advertisement. Fill in the PROPERTY information form and click "Submit".

CONGRATULATIONS! Once approved, your ad will be displayed on the Rentals Near IHOP website.

Please fill out your personal information in the Property Landlord's Application to the left. Then, choose how long you would like your ad to run and pay for it on Pay Pal using the BUY NOW button. Upon pressing the "Submit" button, the Listing Application will be sent to the database and forwarded to the administrator for review. The screen will clear and you will be back at the Home Page.

Now, LOGIN using the user name and password you just created. Click on "List Property". This will open the page for you to list all the details of your property. If you did not pay for your ad when filling out your personal information, you may do so now. Now SUBMIT.

After review and advertising fees, the property will be listed. A new application form must be filled out for each different type of venue - even if they are at the same address.

For example: A rental property that has single rooms for 3 females upstairs and an apartment for couples downstairs must have two different listings; one for the females and one for the apartment. Landlords will only be charged once for each property location, even though it has multiple listings.

Please email property pictures directly to support@rentalsnearihop.com and include rental property address. Preferably, name the file with the the property address.
